ClenoVaire post-construction cleaning is a staged process — rough, final and touch-up — that takes a building site and turns it into a space you are proud to hand over or move into.

We work with builders, general contractors, renovators, interior designers and homeowners across Kansas City. Our crews are trained to remove construction debris safely, protect finished surfaces, and use the right technique for each material — drywall dust, plaster, sawdust, adhesive residue, paint splatter, stickers and protective films.

A typical project runs in three passes. The rough clean clears bulk debris, packaging and large dust. The final clean details the space: wiping every surface, cleaning windows inside and out, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning fixtures, vents and light fittings. The touch-up clean happens immediately before handover or move-in, removing any dust that settled during final trades.

Because fine dust damages HVAC systems, we pay particular attention to vents, returns and duct openings, and we use HEPA-filtered vacuums so dust is captured rather than recirculated. We can work to your handover deadline, coordinate around remaining trades, and provide photos or a signed completion report for your client file.
